This lovely, refreshing Chardonnay originates from the Pacfic Northwest, Wahluke Slope which was designated in 2006. Perched on a large alluvial fan, the entire appellation has a continuous, gentle grade of less than 8%. The soil type and climate including plenty of irrigation are a necessity in bringing about fruity flavors in the grapes.
Chardonnay is the fourth largest grown grape in the world. It’s a green skinned grape variety that produces a mouthwatering white wine. Originally from the Burgundy wine region of Eastern France, it now thrives everywhere that wine is produced in the world!
As you sip this beautiful CHIWESHE wine, you are first embraced with bright spring floral scents, citrus blossom and a hint of vanilla notes. The Naked Chardonnay was not aged in oak barrels. Instead choose a steel barrel fermentation & aging process in order to maintain the fruits refreshing clean citrus blossom that lingers on the palate.
